How we work with our clients
Events And Comms
We run lots of projects together, but also work separately when the brief or budget needs it.
Tell us what you need, and we’ll only apply the skills you need right now. We find most of our clients come for one side but, as their needs grow, the other side of business is on hand to help.
Small But Mighty
We get the challenges you face in a small organisation, how committed you are, and how much every penny counts.
Those are needs we recognise because we’ve faced those challenges leading in other businesses, and we know just how helpful it is to have off-payroll experts you can call on when you need them.
Diverse By Nature
As a women-led business, we’re deeply passionate about diversity — not just talking about it, but championing it in everything we do.
We’re parents, caregivers, sisters, and wives. We’re also board members, speakers, leaders, and mentors. That’s made us well-rounded consultants, and excellent at deadlines.
FAQs

We live in Twickenham and Reigate, but we travel all over the country (and world!) to be where our clients are.
We don’t have an office because we’re so often out with clients, and we can pass the reduction in overhead costs of an office on to our clients. -
We base our fee on the scope of your project, broken down into number of days and a day rate. If you have a fixed budget, we’ll let you know with complete transparency what we can deliver for that.
If we bring in freelancers to the project, we charge you their day rate, nothing more. -
Firstly, we’re hugely flattered that you’re thinking of working with us. We love that!
But in all sincerity, the level of support we offer is much better suited to smaller businesses who are growing. You’re likely to need much more headcount than we would structure with our model and a full sized agency would genuinely be a better fit for you.If you just need some targeted consulting and fresh ideas for your in-house team though, definitely give us a call.

We have done everything from running a global campaign in 96 countries and full brand strategy for a start up, to helping out with registrations at a corporate Christmas party and getting banners designed and printed.
If your project has an element of bringing your brand to life in person, then we can help. -
When we were trying to think of a name we liked that captured our spirit, we realised the term of affection we have for each other was the best way to tell the story of our 15+ years working relationship.
If you prefer a more lexicological reason though, it’s another word for shog which means ‘to shake things up’ which also suits us.
(But honestly, it’s the first reason.)
